The website www.walkintothewild.in (“Website” or “Platform”) is owned, controlled, and managed by Mediarc Technologies Private Limited (“Company” or “we” or “us” or “our”), which operates as an e-commerce operator and manages the Platform as a dedicated online marketplace for wildlife travel. The Platform enables travel agents and service providers to list and promote safari tours, travel packages, and related hospitality offerings, connect with prospective travellers seeking wildlife experiences, and enhance their visibility and customer outreach in the global wildlife tourism segment (“Services”).
This Policy in compliance with the applicable provisions of the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, as amended from time to time. This Policy is intended to inform you of the Company’s practices with respect to the collection and processing of personal data and does not constitute a contractual obligation.

CONSENT GIVEN BY USERS

Please mention ‘Withdrawal of consent for processing Personal Data’ in your subject line of your communication. We will verify such requests before acting on your request. If the User refuses or withdraws his or her consent, or if the User chooses not to provide the Company with any required Personal Data, the Company shall have the option to not provide such User the Services that can be offered on our Platform. In the event of revocation of Your consent the Company will have the right to discontinue the provision of Services through the Platform. The revocation for withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of processing of any Data or information based on the consent before its withdrawal.
DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL DATA

Scheme Facilitation:
To entities managing and implementing schemes that offer monetary or non-monetary benefits to Users. Participation in such schemes may require Users to provide additional Personal Data such as AADHAAR number or bank details. By opting in, Users consent to the terms governing such schemes.
